Easy returns Returns/Refunds Plus

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, we do not offer refunds or returns for incorrect sizes or buyer’s remorse, as our products are made to order. However, we’re happy to offer a discount on a new order if the size does not fit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

How do I track my order?

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

If the product you ordered arrived damaged. email us at info@matrixmotifs.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
