Potential Delays During Holiday Season
While most orders from our shop are delivered on time, the holiday season might lead to some delays. This is due to the increased volume of shipments that carriers handle during this time.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, we do not offer refunds or returns for incorrect sizes or buyer’s remorse, as our products are made to order. However, we’re happy to offer a discount on a new order if the size does not fit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@matrixmotifs.com
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
- Do not dry clean.
